Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs across diverse sectors. The role focuses on Primavera P6 and Tableau for portfolio schedules and requires collaboration with project managers and contractors to maintain schedule integrity.

Experience with complex master schedules and strong analytical skills are essential, with SOX controls applicable where required. On-site presence in the Seattle area is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a construction-related field.
• AACE scheduling certification is preferred.
• 5–7 years of applicable scheduling experience.
• Experience building a complex master schedule and familiarity with drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in converting data to Tableau reports and graphics.

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau.
• Review and understand ENG, procurement and construction schedule logic.
• Create, manage, and oversee schedules using critical path method.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to maintain schedule integrity.
• Prepare and update monthly progress reports.
• Identify and discuss dependencies and potential delays.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role.
