Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs. The successful candidate will support delivery across data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, and energy sectors.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field, 5–7 years of experience, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and Tableau. On-site with potential client-driven adjustments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of applicable experience.
• AACE scheduling certification preferred.
• Experience building a complex master schedule.
• Familiarity with drawings, specifications and contracting.
• Able to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage schedules for large-scale construction programs.
• Develop and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for a portfolio of projects.
• Review and understand engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic.
• Create, manage, and oversee schedules using critical path method.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to maintain schedule integrity.
• Produce monthly progress reports and look-ahead schedules.
• Monitor and communicate potential issues delaying the schedule.
