Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to lead the scheduling for large-scale construction programs, including data centers, critical infrastructure, and energy projects. You will create and analyze schedules with Primavera P6 and Tableau, manage the critical path, coordinate with project managers and subcontractors, and deliver regular progress reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of applicable experience.
AACE planning/scheduling certification preferred.
Experience building a complex master schedule.
Familiar with construction drawings, specs and contracting.
Ability to convert data into Tableau reports.

Responsibilities

Create and manage schedules for large-scale programs using Primavera P6.
Create, review, and optimize project schedules using critical path method.
Collaborate with project managers and contractors to maintain schedule integrity.
Produce 1-, 3-, and 6-month look-ahead schedules for reporting.
Develop E2E master schedules with rolling wave planning.
Incorporate subcontractor schedules and resource loading.
Prepare monthly progress reports and flag potential delays.
Adhere to SOX controls where applicable.
