Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to lead scheduling for large-scale construction programs, including data centers, critical infrastructure, and energy projects. Use Primavera P6 and Tableau to develop E2E master schedules, coordinate with project managers and contractors, and ensure schedule integrity from initiation to closeout.

Required 5–7 years in scheduling, a related bachelor’s degree, and experience building complex master schedules.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of applicable experience.
AACE planning/scheduling certification preferred.
Experience building a complex master schedule.
Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and contracting.
Ability to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.

Responsibilities

Create and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for a portfolio of projects.
Implement best practices and report trends internally and externally.
Review and understand engineering, procurement, and construction schedule logic.
Produce and maintain end-to-end master schedules using rolling wave planning.
Regularly update schedules in line with program calendar and resource loading.
Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to maintain schedule integrity.
Prepare and update monthly progress reports and communicate issues affecting schedule.
