Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to join our team and create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs. The ideal candidate will support delivery across sectors such as data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, and energy & natural resources.

Responsibilities include implementing best practices, creating and analyzing schedules with Primavera P6 and Tableau, reviewing schedule logic, and maintaining schedule integrity in collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of applicable experience.
• AACE scheduling certification preferred.
• Experience building a complex master schedule.
• Familiarity with drawings, specifications and construction contracting.
• Ability to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau.
• Develop E2E master schedules and rolling wave plans.
• Update schedules and produce monthly progress reports.
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to maintain schedule integrity.
• Monitor risks and manage schedule impacts; ensure SOX controls where applicable.
