Job summary

U.S. Engineering Construction is seeking a Safety Manager to lead corporate and project-level safety initiatives, ensuring programs align with regulatory standards and client expectations. You will develop training, perform site inspections, and guide field teams to maintain a safe work environment.

The role requires strong communication, incident investigation, and the ability to implement corrective actions across multiple sites. Travel to local regional job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred, including safety training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee safety programs at project and campus levels.
• Develop safety standards, training, and compliance monitoring.
• Inspect sites and report findings; implement corrective actions.
• Coach Field Safety Coordinators and project teams.
• Investigate incidents and manage return-to-work programs.
