Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee safety programs across regional job sites. You will promote a proactive safety culture among field crews and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include leading trainings, site visits, incident investigations, and coordinating safety plans for high‑risk activities. A Bachelor’s degree, OSHA 30, and travel to project sites are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, or related field.
• OSHA 500 Trainer certification or trainer-level experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company-wide safety policies and develop job-specific safety plans.
• Conduct regular job site visits to ensure OSHA and company standards.
• Participate in JSA reviews and safety activities.
• Lead safety trainings and meetings at multiple levels.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; prepare reports and root-cause analyses.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE and fall protection systems.
• Coordinate safety initiatives with subcontractors and project teams.
