Job summary

U.S. Engineering Construction seeks a Safety Manager to lead corporate safety programs and guide project safety efforts. You will develop and deliver safety training, ensure compliance with regulations, and coordinate with project leadership to implement safety plans.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, 5+ years in construction safety, and prior supervisory experience. Extensive travel to local sites is expected as part of this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of safety experience in construction or related field.
Prior supervisory experience preferred, including oversight of safety training programs.

Responsibilities

Lead corporate safety programs and guide project safety efforts.
Develop and deliver safety training and orientation for new and existing staff.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
Investigate safety incidents and document findings; implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with project leadership to support site safety plans and training.
