Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, overseeing a team of Quality Managers and inspectors. You own the site QC system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
• Senior certification: ICC special inspector (multiple categories), NICET Level IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage, review performance, and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own the corrective-action program.
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and laboratory and inspection subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics—test pass rates, NCR aging, audit findings—to program leadership monthly.
