Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program with QC staff reporting to you. You own the site quality management system, the audit program, the relationship with the owner's quality organization, and the development of every QC person on the program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs.
• USACE CQM-C plus senior certification (ICC/NICET/ASQ) required.
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own the corrective-action program and approve QC plans and qualifications.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
