Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program and multiple projects. You will own the site quality management system, audit programs, and the development of every QC person on the program, interviewing with owners during audits and representing the quality function.

You will build and maintain QC processes, lead audits, approve QC plans, and report metrics monthly while coaching staff to ensure compliance with ISO

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality, with 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT quality assurance frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program and hold it to the plan.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage, review performance, and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own the corrective-action program.
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and laboratory and inspection subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics — test pass rates, NCR aging, audit findings — to program leadership monthly.
