Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, overseeing the quality management system, audits, and staff development. You will own the corrective-action program and coordinate with the owner's quality organization.

You will also lead internal audits, approve QC plans and subcontractor qualifications, and report key quality metrics to program leadership monthly. A senior role with path to directing QC across programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
• USACE CQM-C plus a senior certification: ICC Special Inspector (multiple categories), NICET Level IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program and maintain it to plan.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the program quality management system, plans, procedures, and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I–II across projects; set coverage and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner/agency/third-party audits; manage corrective actions.
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics (test pass rates, NCR aging, audit findings) to leadership monthly.
