Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You own the QC system, audit program, and relationships with the owner's quality organization while developing every QC person on the program.

You will lead internal audits, coordinate with owners and third parties, and summarize quality metrics to program leadership monthly. This is a senior role with potential for director-level direction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1 or DOT quality assurance frameworks.
• USACE CQM-C plus a senior certification; ability to build a QC organization on a new program.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the program quality management system including plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own corrective-action program.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly and approve QC plans and subcontractor qualifications.
