Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality for a major program, with Quality Managers and inspectors reporting to you. You own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years in program leadership.
• Senior certifications: USACE CQM-C and/or ICC/NICET/ASQ credentials.
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on new programs and keep to the plan.

Responsibilities

• Establish QA system: plans, procedures, forms, audits.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects.
• Lead internal audits; host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action program; approve QC plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
