Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a senior Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program and multiple projects. You will own the site quality management system, audit program, and the development of every QC person on the program.

You’ll lead audits with owners and third parties and drive corrective actions to keep schedules on track. With 10+ years in construction quality and 5+ years managing programs and staff, you’ll navigate ISO/NQA/DOT frameworks and build a robust QC

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality.
• 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT quality assurance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage, review performance, and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own the corrective-action program.
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and laboratory and inspection subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics — test pass rates, NCR aging, audit findings — to program leadership monthly.
