Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, owning the site quality management system, audit program, and relationships with the owner's quality organization. You’ll lead Quality Managers and inspectors, and develop the QC personnel on the program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality leadership and program management.
• Proven ability to build and scale a QC organization on large programs.
• Experience directing internal audits, and coordinating owner/agency audits.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the site quality management system, plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; oversee corrective-action program.
