Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You will own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization.

You will develop every QC person on the program and lead audits in coordination with owners and third parties. You will oversee corrective actions, approve QC plans and qualifications, and report quality metrics to program leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
• Certifications: ICC Special Inspector (multi categories), NICET Level IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system (plans, procedures, forms, audit schedule).
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
