Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You will own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality
• 5+ years managing quality programs and staff
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee the quality management system, audit schedule, and staff development.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and coordinate audits with owners, agencies, and third parties.
• Own corrective-action program and approve QC plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly and maintain program memory/revision control.
