Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, with QC staff reporting to you. You own the site quality management system, audit program, and the interface with the owner's quality organization.

Your week centers on audits, corrective actions, and presenting metrics to leadership; you mentor staff, approve QC plans, and steer subcontractor qualifications. This is a senior role with path to director of quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading programs and staff.
• USACE CQM-C plus senior certification(s) required.
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system, plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action program; approve QC plans and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
