Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, owning the site quality management system, audit program, and the development of QC staff.

You will lead Quality Managers I and II, respond to audits, and drive corrective actions while reporting metrics to program leadership. A senior certification and extensive ISO/NQA-1/DOT QA experience are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality.
• 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own corrective-action program.
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and laboratory and inspection subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics — test pass rates, NCR aging, audit findings — to program leadership monthly.
