Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Quality Manager III to direct quality across major programs, owning the site QM system, audit programs, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization. You will develop every QC person on the program and represent the team in audits.

Responsibilities include establishing the QM system, overseeing audits, reporting metrics, and guiding continuous improvement across multiple projects with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with leadership experience.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• Certification in quality assurance frameworks (USACE, ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT).

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system with plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate owner/agency/third-party audits.
