Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading programs and staff.
• Senior certifications such as ICC CQC/USACE CQM-C and related senior certs.
• Experience with owner programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program and sustain it.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the program quality management system (plans, procedures, audits).
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own the corrective-action program and approve QC plans and qualifications.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
