• 10+ years in construction quality, with 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build and lead a QC organization on a new program.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system including plans and audits.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own the corrective-action program and approve QC plans and qualifications.
• Report quality metrics monthly to program leadership.
