Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality.
• 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers across projects and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own the corrective-action program and approve QC plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
