Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You will lead Quality Managers and inspectors, own the site quality management system, and manage the audit program, coordinating with the owner's quality organization.

In this senior role you’ll develop QC staff, oversee corrective actions, approve quality plans and ITPs, and report metrics monthly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• USACE CQM-C and senior certification (ICC special inspector, NICET IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE).
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build and scale a QC organization on a new program.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action program; approve QC plans, ITPs, and lab/inspection subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics monthly to program leadership.
