Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, with Quality Managers and inspectors reporting through you. You own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization.

You will develop every QC person on the program, lead audits, approve QC plans, report metrics monthly, and serve as the in-room expert during owner audits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality
• 5+ years managing quality programs and staff
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage, review performance and develop staff
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own the corrective-action program
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and laboratory/inspection subcontractor qualifications
• Report quality metrics—test pass rates, NCR aging, audit findings—to program leadership monthly
