Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, owning the QC system, audit program, and owner interactions. You lead the QA team, shape QC plans, and drive corrective actions on complex projects.

You will report metrics to leadership, manage audits with owners/third parties, and mentor staff to build a compliant, consistently high-quality program across sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with leadership experience.
• Experience managing quality programs and staff across multiple projects.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks; USACE CQM-C preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and direct the site quality management system and audit program.
• Lead Quality Managers I and II; oversee corrective-action program and quality controls.
• Report key quality metrics to program leadership monthly; coordinate audits with owners and third parties.
