Construction Material Testing in the United States seeks a senior Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You own the site quality system, audits, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization, developing every QC person on the program.

With 10+ years in construction quality and senior certifications, you lead audits, manage corrective actions, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001/NQA-1 and DOT QA frameworks across projects and sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with leadership of quality programs.
• Experience managing staff and coordinating across projects.
• Familiarity with owner quality programs and relevant standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own the corrective-action program; approve QC plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics — test pass rates, NCR aging, audit findings — monthly.
