Construction Material Testing seeks a Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, owning the site quality management system and audit program. You will mentor QC staff, coordinate audits with owners and third parties, and drive corrective actions to keep projects in compliance.

The role emphasizes building a QC organization on new programs, aligning with ISO 9001 and related frameworks, and reporting metrics to program leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years managing programs.
• USACE CQM-C plus a senior certification (ICC special inspector, multiple categories).
• NICET Level IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own the corrective-action program; report quality metrics monthly.
• Provide guidance during audits; maintain records and ensure nonconformances are addressed.
