Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, owning the site quality management system, audit programs, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization. You will develop and mentor QC staff and drive corrective actions across multiple projects.

You will lead internal and external audits, approve QC plans and ITPs, and report metrics to program leadership, ensuring compliance with ISO and owner requirements

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs and staff.
• Senior certification: USACE CQM-C and ICC/NICET/ASQ credentials.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program and hold it to the plan.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system including plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers across projects and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own the corrective-action program and manage NCRs.
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
