Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Construction Quality Manager III to lead the quality management program for a major program or multiple projects. You will own the QC system, conduct audits, and manage relationships with the owner's quality organization, while developing every QC person on the program.

Responsibilities include directing Quality Managers I and II, approving QC plans, reporting metrics monthly, and driving the corrective-action program across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality
• 5+ years managing quality programs and staff
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program and hold it to the plan

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits
• Own the corrective-action program; Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications
• Report quality metrics—test pass rates, NCR aging, audit findings—to program leadership monthly
