Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program or multiple projects. You will own the site quality management system, audit programs, and relationships with the owner's quality organization, while developing every QC person on the program.

You will lead Quality Managers and inspectors, approve QC plans, and report monthly metrics. This role requires extensive experience and the ability to guide a QC organization through complex projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality, with 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• USACE CQM-C plus a senior certification: ICC special inspector, NICET Level IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program and hold it to the plan.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and set coverage.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own the corrective-action program and report metrics to program leadership.
• Approve QC plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications.
