Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Quality Manager III to oversee quality across a major program or multiple concurrent projects. You will own the site quality management system, audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization, guiding every QC person on the program.

You will direct Quality Managers and inspectors, lead audits, manage corrective actions, and report metrics to program leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality, with 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• Senior certification: ICC Special Inspector (multiple categories), NICET Level IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT quality assurance frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program and hold it to the plan.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own the corrective-action program.
• Report quality metrics — test pass rates, NCR aging, audit findings — to program leadership monthly.
