Job summary
Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Sr. Construction Representative in Hendersonville, TN to lead quality assurance, inspection, and contract compliance for a federally funded rehabilitation project. You will perform on-site inspections, review reports, and ensure adherence to EM 385‑1‑1 and OSHA regulations.
The role requires extensive field experience, strong coordination with contractors, and daily QA documentation using RMS. Travel for multi-day site visits is expected.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of quality control or quality assurance experience on construction projects.
- OSHA 30 Certification is preferred.
- Experience with USACE or other federal projects is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Inspect on-site construction and review contractor reports and test results.
- Independently inspect complex civil construction activities with technical expertise.
- Ensure work complies with schedule, plans, specs, safety regulations, and contract documents.
- Review QC reports and ensure proper documentation and corrective actions.
- Attend QA preparatory and initial inspections and provide daily QA input via RMS.
- Maintain tracking for deficiencies, RFIs, and action items.
- Travel for offsite/shop inspections as needed for multi-day trips.
