Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Representative to perform construction quality assurance, inspection, and contract compliance on a federally funded project in Hendersonville, TN.

The role involves daily field inspections, reviewing contractor QC reports, and ensuring adherence to EM 385-1-1 and OSHA regulations. The candidate will participate in meetings, document daily activities in RMS, and travel to site locations as needed while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of quality control or quality assurance experience on construction projects.
• Experience with USACE or other federal projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of EM 385-1-1 and OSHA Construction Industry Regulations (29 CFR 1926).
• Welding, machining, and/or industrial construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect ongoing construction through on-site visits and review contractor reports and test results.
• Independently inspect complex civil construction activities requiring specialized knowledge.
• Ensure contractor work complies with schedule, plans, specs, safety regs and contract documents.
• Review QC documentation and assist in identifying and correcting deficiencies; advise on accepted methods.
