Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Construction Representative to lead quality assurance on federally funded construction projects. The role requires on-site inspections, review of contractor reports, and ensuring compliance with EM 385-1-1, OSHA, and contract documents.

Travel for multi-day site visits is expected. The ideal candidate has extensive QC/QA experience on construction projects, familiarity with USACE processes, and the ability to coordinate with

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of quality control/assurance experience on construction projects.
Experience with USACE or federal projects preferred.
Ability to inspect complex civil construction activities and review QC documentation.

Responsibilities

Inspect ongoing construction on-site and review contractor reports and test results.
Ensure contractor work complies with schedule, plans, specs, and safety regulations.
Review QC reports and maintain an audit trail for deficiencies and corrective actions.
Attend QA inspections, meetings, and prepare daily RMS input on deficiencies.
