The ideal candidate has extensive experience on large federal projects, with knowledge of codes such as NFPA 101, NFPA 70, IPC, and ASHRAE/NEBB standards. Strong oversight of safety and quality control is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred in construction-related field.
• 10+ years of experience on large federal construction contracts (DoD/USACE).
• Experience with vertical construction projects; hospital construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver surveillance reports on all construction phases for compliance with plans, specs, workmanship, materials, and methods.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and design instructions.
• Perform inspections and daily site reports noting progress、safety、and subcontractor manpower.
