Meritas Advisory Group, LLC seeks a Project Manager - Superintendent for new custom-home construction in Monroe/Charlotte, NC. Lead on-site construction from design and pre-con through subcontractor selection, contracts, safety and scheduling.

You will manage 8–10 projects concurrently, with homes ranging up to $525k–$625k, ensuring budget, schedule and quality targets are met while maintaining strong customer communication and satisfaction. Growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience required, preferably on-your-lot or scattered lot projects.
• Manage 8–10 projects concurrently across semi-custom homes.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Construction site management from design/precon through subcontractor selection, contracts, safety and scheduling to occupancy.
• Ensure budget, schedule and quality targets are met.
