Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably On-Your-Lot or scattered lots.
• Managing multiple projects (8–10) concurrently.
• Proven track record of operations and project leadership in new construction.
• Strong communication with customers/owners.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage site from design/precon through contracts, safety, and scheduling.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while upholding construction quality.
