Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Project Manager II (Construction) to oversee projects from planning through completion while ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll manage two to four concurrent projects of varying crew sizes and mentor junior staff.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction-related field and at least five years of PM experience, with travel up to 25% and extensive use of MS Office and Oracle on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects under supervision of Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Supervise Project Assistants and Project Manager I where applicable.
• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Negotiate change orders and quotations with clients; prepare monthly costing reports.
• Manage contracts' progress billing, equipment rental, income/expenses; maintain client relations.
• Support business development opportunities and coordinate with onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent.
