Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee mid-scale projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate tasks with Assistant PMs and supervisors, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and at least 3 years of construction PM experience, with strong MS Office skills. Travel up to 25% and a culture of ownership per Rosendin’s EO policies are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proficient in MS Office; Accubid and Oracle preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior PM and/or Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities, coordinating tasks and resources.
• Prepare complete estimates for projects reviewing plans, specs, and bid form.
• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards per corporate guidelines.
• Manage change orders and negotiate quotes; monitor on-site progress and budget.
