Responsibilities

• Exercise direct supervision over assigned crews or subcontractors from start to finish, providing direction and guidance.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute work to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Work with Superintendent or Project Director on schedule and budget preparation.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and safety meetings are organized.
• Inspect work for quality and conformance to documents and standards.
• Instruct direct reports on company policies and procedures.
• Maintain documentation including safety reports and payroll preparation.
