McGough is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to oversee cost, schedule, risk management, and reporting on mission-critical construction projects. You will establish controls standards, drive performance, and coordinate with schedulers, estimators, and project leadership.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project controls, strong analytical skills, and proven leadership. This role requires office presence at multiple sites with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project controls management for large complex construction projects.
• Proficiency with project controls software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, InEight).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project controls activities: cost, schedule, risk management, and performance reporting for complex projects.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures to avoid overruns.
• Maintain baseline schedules, perform EVM analysis, and track schedule performance.
• Collaborate with Project Scheduler and Estimator to support integrated deliverables.
• Mentor and coach project team members and subcontract partners on controls processes.
