Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Construction Management experience.
• Polished and professional demeanor; high level of customer service.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and implement management policies.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive between sites.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement management policies and operating practices.
• Inspect and evaluate site/work to determine scope and viability.
• Advise customers on financing and scope changes.
• Create precise measurements to avoid costly errors.
• Confirm that the agreement defines the work plan and negotiates changes with the customer.
• Select and manage procurement of all materials for the job.
• Analyze licensing, permits, and HOA requirements; obtain permits as needed.
• Ensure safety and health regulatory compliance.
• Complete admin tasks and assist in warehouse as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license and travel between sites.
