The role involves evaluating job sites, ensuring compliance with agreements, and coordinating materials procurement to safeguard company interests.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in construction management, strong customer service, and exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of construction management experience.
• Polished, professional demeanor and high level customer service.
• Strong professionalism and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement management policies and practices.
• Inspect and evaluate site to determine scope of work and viability.
• Advise customers on financing and possible scope changes.
• Create precise measurements at job sites to avoid costly errors.
• Confirm post-inspection that the work plan aligns with the agreement and negotiate terms as needed.
• Procure materials and specify requirements to protect the company financially.
• Ensure licensing, permits, and safety compliance; coordinate with agencies.
• Assist in office tasks and warehouse duties as needed.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and travel between sites.
