Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 2 to provide direction on moderately complex construction projects with full operation and administration responsibility. You will lead safety initiatives, coordinate preconstruction activities, manage subcontracts, and oversee schedule and budget adherence.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with diverse teams, and the ability to drive project success from planning through closeout on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years construction management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture on projects.
• Manages preconstruction activities including takeoff and scope development.
• Coordinates subcontractor pricing and change requests.
• Prepares and updates project schedules and budgets.
