Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide leadership for highly complex projects and multiple project portfolios. You will drive strategy, cost control, schedule adherence and risk management, while mentoring teams to maintain JE Dunn's safety-first culture.

You will oversee preconstruction, procurement, submittals, change management and client communications, ensuring on-time delivery and sustained profitability across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Experience leading complex construction projects is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of complex construction projects and manage project outcomes.
• Oversee preconstruction activities, buyout, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Ensure safety culture and project profitability through accurate reporting.
