Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the safety culture on projects and mentors staff.
• Supports preconstruction including quantity takeoff, trade coordination, and scope development.
• Develops and updates project schedules, manages materials and procurement logs.
• Prepares monthly cost and margin forecasts with the project team.
