Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 2 to lead moderately complex construction projects and portions of larger programs. You will implement project plans, manage safety, schedule, cost and coordination among subcontractors, owners, and design teams.

You will drive preconstruction activities, track progress against budgets, and lead meetings to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery while aligning with JE Dunn’s values and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years construction management experience.
• Equivalents considered if experience is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages prestart checklist and bid packages.
• Supports preconstruction with quantity takeoff and scope development.
• Leads buyout scheduling, pricing and subcontract management.
• Coordinates submittal schedules and ensures timely submittals.
• Prepares change requests and owner/architect approvals.
