Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Group Inc is seeking a Project Manager 2 to provide direction on moderately complex projects or portions of large construction ventures. You will implement project operations, manage schedules, budgets, and subcontracts while supporting the strategy and values of the company.

Responsibilities include leading safety initiatives, coordinating preconstruction activities, and guiding plan approvals through stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years construction management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Ability to lead safety culture and manage subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the company’s safety culture and ensure an injury-free environment.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities including quantity takeoff, trade coordination and scope development.
• Manage subcontractor pricing, change orders and buyout schedules.
• Develop and update project schedules; monitor labor, materials and procurement to meet timelines.
• Lead monthly project reviews and the project closeout process.
